It didn’t start as what it is now, but with the same heart.

It was mid-October last year. I boarded the plane feeling sad, wanting to abandon the idea of doing online evangelism for the whole of Augsburg, because it seemed impossible to achieve in a record time of just a month and a half. But that was God’s will to show me His glory and that He can indeed make it possible. God revealed to me that the “missing puzzle” in the world of evangelism was Christian online advertising, and that’s where the adventure began.

For over a year, I developed this idea: ‘Helping churches do online evangelism.’ That was the original concept of Revival Plus, but unfortunately, after many conversations with pastors and leaders in Augsburg, I realized that they didn’t have the resources or time to pursue it. The idea of being an advertising agency to help churches was failing.

But everything changed when I was flying from Italy to Spain. I was almost convinced to focus on my own goals and forget about online evangelism, thinking it would be better to live a life without risk. However, when I woke up on the plane, God showed me very clearly in my heart that Christian advertising for the whole city of Augsburg had to happen in December, and that I had the opportunity to believe it or to be limited by my own doubts. So I said yes, because I knew that if it happened, it would be a great testimony to share with hundreds of people.

I returned to Germany and was amazed at how, miraculously, many young people began to help me. What’s curious is that they weren’t friends or people I had known for years, but young people from different churches I had barely met a few days or weeks before. The budget for the advertising to reach Augsburg 40 times, reaching 220,000 people over 40 days, matched the savings I had. So I didn’t hesitate to contribute financially. And so it happened: from 20th December to 29th January, 7 Christian videos impacted Augsburg 4.5 million times, creating the greatest online awareness of Jesus.

Today we have an intuitive platform where people can find churches, small groups, hangouts, events, and programmes in the city of Augsburg. We have invested a huge amount of effort in gathering information about everything happening in the city so that anyone can continue getting to know Jesus and know what’s going on in their city. Our new goals are to launch Christian online advertising on 1 September in Augsburg and on 22 November in Munich and London.
